Production Control

Production control is carried out with the aid of a Oracle based MRP system (Aventa), this comprehensive system is a ‘real time’ production aid which provides us with valuable information from initial enquiry right through to delivery of product, we are able to check the status of any job at any stage. All work in progress is monitored on a daily basis and we have a weekly production meeting which is attended by Directors and Senior Management.

Every job follows a planned sequence of operations which is clearly defined on the job card along with a bill of materials and any specific requirements (manufacturing or quality) unique to the particular component or customer.
