We are Accredited to AS9100D (Aerospace Sector) & BS EN ISO9001:2015

In addition to the accreditations listed above we also hold multiple customer approvals and our Quality Management System incorporates all of these to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers expectations, our Quality assurance activities include;

  • Comprehensive contract review (Cross functional team)
  • PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
  • Document control/review (including drawings and specifications)
  • Clearly defined manufacturing process
  • First off, in process and final inspection stages
  • MSA – Measurement System Analysis / Gauge R&R
  • Raw material purchase, control and traceability
  • Enhanced Management of Suppliers including Sub-Contract operations
  • Internal audits against documented procedures and customer requirements
  • Performance monitoring against quality, cost and delivery
  • Control of non-conforming product
  • Annual management review

We are audited on an annual basis by our accreditation body (NQA) and typically once a year by our major aerospace customers. Our Quality team is fully trained in internal auditing, measurement system analysis (Gauge R&R) and Customer Eyes Overview (CEO) release activities.
