Engineering & Sales Director
I went into manufacturing straight from school and served a traditional 5-year apprenticeship covering many engineering disciplines, since then I have held various managerial roles covering production, quality, and engineering. I have been at Fowlers for over for 20 years and love being part of a dynamic, conscientious and customer focused team, together we have built long lasting relationships with a number of prestige companies.
Sales & IT Manager
I have been with the company for over 10 years, I love the team spirit here and how everyone pulls together to get the job done. We are like a little family.
Customer service is so important to me, going that extra mile so the customer is happy and wants to return is priceless. I’m all about building long term relationships and ensuring customers expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Senior Production Engineer
I have over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering specialising in precision machining. Working at Fowlers as a Production Engineer my role is to be the first point of contact with our customers, initially reviewing their enquiry, quoting and completing a comprehensive NPI contract review. I take great pride in ensuring our customers have a top-quality service from the start of the project right through to parts going out the door.
Technical & Quality Director
I have worked for Fowlers for over 20 years and seen the company develop to a become a key supplier into the Aerospace sector, Fowlers have continually progressed our Quality Management System from the early BS5750 up to the current industry expectation of AS9100 Rev D and we do not intend to stop there. Fowlers now also serve the nuclear sector, and we are seeking new accreditations such as NADCAP which will be another addition in our company offering which we are confident meets all customer expectations. The decades of continual progression have only been possible due to the continued dedication and commitment of all of Fowlers employees and staff.
My background is in electronic engineering, gained from the Royal Air Force where I spent 20 years as an Air Defence Radar Engineer; maintaining complex long range RADAR systems and then moving on to the training of engineers on the new systems that were being brought into service. Upon leaving the RAF in 1996, I joined an aerospace manufacturing company who were specialists in RFI & EMI shielding and earth bonding products. I worked my way through such roles as Engineering Manager, Aerospace Production Manager and Quality Manager and also sat on national and international standards committees as a product specialist. I joined Fowlers in December 2016 as Quality Manager where I have been able to use my transferable skills to maintain and improve upon the very high standards that had already been set by a company that not only meets, but way exceeds international standards and customer requirements
I have been with Fowlers since 2010, and I am proud to be a key part of Fowlers quality team, continuously improving our quality standards and practices in line with ever increasing requirements from multiple industries
Production / Delivery Team
I have various roles here at Fowlers, from the planning and coordination of production activities to overseeing health and safety. Primarily I ensure that all orders on the shop floor are produced on time, and to the exacting standards of our customers. I particularly enjoy leading a team in problem solving, and the challenge of continual improvement to our processes. Every improvement that we make here at Fowlers, means that we can offer an even better service to the customer
My role here at Fowlers sees me in the middle of everything we do. Whether communicating vital information to our customers, progress chasing internal work as well as external work and contractors or planning manufacturing priorities with our Production team”

I have been with Fowlers for 3 years, I love the enthusiasm of the workforce and I find myself learning something new every day. I have various responsibilities my primary being the lead in the Despatch department. All efforts are made to ensure total customer satisfaction succeeds. Meeting customer/ and business needs are of utmost importance to me as this reflects how we compare to our competitors.
I joined Fowlers, during the transition from our original Montpellier site to our new improved Avonmouth premises. This not only gave us more space but a great location to serve our customers. Working in the various teams at Fowlers as the Finance Manager, has been a positive rewarding experience. It has given me the confidence to gain knowledge and broadened my learning experience. This has also enabled me to grow the company wide finances in both a controlled and positive way. With these foundations in place, we can give a top-quality service to all our customers no matter what industry sector they serve.
