Engineering & Sales Director
I went into manufacturing straight from school and served a traditional 5-year apprenticeship covering many engineering disciplines, since then I have held various managerial roles covering production, quality, and engineering. I have been at Fowlers for over for 20 years and love being part of a dynamic, conscientious and customer focused team, together we have built long lasting relationships with a number of prestige companies.
Sales & IT Manager
Over the past 11 years at Fowlers I have progressed massively, taking care of sales order management, IT management and Health & Safety management. My role is very varied and there is never a dule day. I have been involved with the company for over 17 years, I love the team spirit here and how everyone pulls together to get the job done.
Customer service is so important to me, going that extra mile so the customer is happy and wants to return is priceless. I’m all about building long term relationships and ensuring customers expectations are not only met but exceeded.
New Product Manager
I have over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering specialising in precision machining. Working at Fowlers as a Production Engineer my role is to be the first point of contact with our customers, initially reviewing their enquiry, quoting and completing a comprehensive NPI contract review. I take great pride in ensuring our customers have a top-quality service from the start of the project right through to parts going out the door.
Trainee Production Engineer
Having studied Aerospace Engineering at university, I am now working at Fowlers as a Production Engineer. In line with Fowlers’ commitment to customer satisfaction, I review customer enquiries and produce quotes tailored to their needs as part of our Sales team. This role makes the most of my experience in team projects and part design, while providing an environment of constant learning and growth that reflects Fowlers’ dedication to continuous improvement.
Coming from a sheet metal background, and progressing through production management, Fowlers of Bristol (Engineering) Ltd has been an easy move for me after spending the last 10 years implementing and overseeing quality management systems and quality standards including ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, NADCAP, F4N and Cyber Essentials. Fowlers have a very robust QMS in place and we are now working towards F4N to certify our compliance for the nuclear industry.
I have been with Fowlers since 2010, and I am proud to be a key part of Fowlers quality team, continuously improving our quality standards and practices in line with ever increasing requirements from multiple industries
Production / Delivery Team
I have various roles here at Fowlers, from the planning and coordination of production activities to overseeing health and safety. Primarily I ensure that all orders on the shop floor are produced on time, and to the exacting standards of our customers. I particularly enjoy leading a team in problem solving, and the challenge of continual improvement to our processes. Every improvement that we make here at Fowlers, means that we can offer an even better service to the customer
My role here at Fowlers sees me in the middle of everything we do. Whether communicating vital information to our customers, progress chasing internal work as well as external work and contractors or planning manufacturing priorities with our Production team”

I have been with Fowlers for 3 years, I love the enthusiasm of the workforce and I find myself learning something new every day. I have various responsibilities my primary being the lead in the Despatch department. All efforts are made to ensure total customer satisfaction succeeds. Meeting customer/ and business needs are of utmost importance to me as this reflects how we compare to our competitors.
Finance Manager / Company Secutary
I joined Fowlers, during the transition from our original Montpellier site to our new improved Avonmouth premises. This not only gave us more space but a great location to serve our customers. Working in the various teams at Fowlers as the Finance Manager, has been a positive rewarding experience. It has given me the confidence to gain knowledge and broadened my learning experience. This has also enabled me to grow the company wide finances in both a controlled and positive way. With these foundations in place, we can give a top-quality service to all our customers no matter what industry sector they serve.
